SOLIDARITY

We believe that the world is only valuable if we are there for each other.  Therefore, we promote reciprocity and mutual help. It is together that we will make change happen, believing that the strength of solidarity is indispensable in the creation of a more just world.

EQUALITY

We believe that if we are all different, we should have the same equality, regardless of our birthplace, especially when it comes to opportunities and values. We are well aware that, unfortunately, the world is not organized in this way - and this is what makes our cause all the more necessary in the fight for access to fundamental rights for all young citizens of the world.

FREEDOM

We defend freedom as a fundamental value which must be maintained among each and every individual that makes up society. Therefore we advocate freedom of gender, freedom of religion, freedom of expression, freedom of choice. We know that only with opportunities and justice for all can this be achieved for all young people to be fully realized.

INTERNATIONALISM

We are internationalists. We believe that international cooperation in the promotion of values and cultures is essential for a more tolerant, more peaceful and more equal world. We believe that values must overcome all borders, physical or psychological, in the struggle for equality.

DEMOCRACY

Knowing the current challenges, facing extremist and fascist threats all over the world, it is urgent to defend the democratic model as the best way to organize our societies. Democracy, as a model that represents the people and the people, is the one that best guarantees respect for fundamental values, plurality of opinion, and respect for diversity. Only democracies, with a strong rule of law, ensure progress in the world for the well-being of all.

Together we draw up proposals that we offer to the world, trying to make it a better place to live: we want free citizens with equal opportunities, with access to health, education, housing, decent work, with the ability to make their dreams come true and participate in building a better world, where governments guarantee the welfare of their citizens and where justice is, effectively, the guarantee of protection of the community as a whole. We strongly defend human rights and work to build bridges that make real and tangible the relationship between all the young people in the world who want to contribute to the construction of this project of peace, solidarity, and social justice. 

From Nicaragua to Palestine, from Hungary to Swaziland, from the Philippines to Venezuela, we remain vigilant in the fight against inequality, against injustice, and against the disrespect for human rights. This is the responsibility of the largest political organization in the world - and it is with it, and with its more than 115 years of history, that we move forward.
